IQ52, On your pops engine with the 2355 pistons, was the block decked or was it still original and also, when you were testing the 346 heads on it in this thread, were they milled at all and can you tell me what initial and total timing it liked and what springs you used in the distributor? I have the same lower end with 2355's and 452 heads!

Most of the information you seek is contained in posts 2 & 7 of this thread. As to the distributor springs that is unknown. The ignition timing.....I probably would have started with that cam at 20 degrees initial and a total of about 38. The dyno sheets would have the exact information and they were burned a long time ago.
