I have the QA-1 double adjustable front shocks on the AMX I drive. It depends on how loose your front end is, I have modified the AMX so it travels easier. I am at 6 on extension now, but depending on the weather and what carburetor I have on, I will loosen the extension up. It is safer to start stiffer, then adjust looser.
