1969 Dodge Dart Swinger clean up
Starting to put the front end together on the Dart...
Angle grinder spanner is perfect to hold the steering box bearing adjuster while removing the big lock nut with channel locks.
Lock nut blasted and being dipped in T-9
1/2 the sway bar blasted.
Turned around to do the other end.
Shot to show how well AV100LL degreases. Not a spec of grease or gunk left after an overnight soak. Even showing the rust that was under the goo.
Spindles taped off, double, ready to media blast the knuckles.
Why you don't throw out your holy socks. Make perfect mitts for picking up freshly blasted parts that you don't want to touch with bare hands.
Front spindle/knuckles came out lookin' spiffy.
Spindles/knuckles coated in T-9.
