Good night all.

I recently purchased a 1965 Dart, 4 door sedan, 273 cu in, three on the tree. White exterior, blue interior. It's still on its way to me, so I will post some pics when I get it. Looking forward to all your help and advice, as I have a few things planned.

sweet. did you find here on FABO or elsewheres?

Thanks all. I found the car in the Orlando area of Florida. There were actually two for sale for quite a few months; the one I purchased and a two door 1966 GT, in a kind of green / gold color with white seats. My intent was to purchase both (wife wasn't too happy with that idea), and swap drivetrains. The GT was a /6 auto. It sold the week before I was scheduled to go, so I ended up with only the 4 door.

Thanks for the welcome.

My plans for the car are:
- to purchase a spare wheel, jack, and lug tool (urgent)
- convert from 3-on-the-tree to 4 or 5 speed gearbox
- install seatbelts or bucket seats with integral seatbelts
- install insulation and new carpet (already have)
- hand paint under the fenders
- re-seal the roof drip rails
If anyone has a spare wheel, jack, tire, and mounting hardware for sale, please let me know.

Thanks.

What wheel size are you looking for? And I assume your Dart is SBP?

We anxiously await photos!

I am looking for a 13" rim. The car has four new 175/70R13 tires, so I would like a spare wheel to match.

What is SBP, small block p__? The car has a 273 cu in engine.

SBP is an abbreviation for "small bolt pattern" on rims/wheels. Newer years (than yours) use LBP (large bolt pattern) or sometimes a previous owner will have made the change from SBP to LBP.

Welcome and you have a great looking car.
There is a forum on here that is specifically for the Early A cars like yours.
