I love the dumb asses who ask if its still for sale / I respond by saying no its sold I just love to see how many Dumb Asses will ask if its still for sale !!
The way I get around it is I may ask that if the item is still available here are my digits and let's talk Turkey lol.... I also look at the amount of time an item has been listed. Never had a problem with it even when an ad says don't ask lol...
