Don’t sit/lay around, stay active, even if it’s just walking around in your house. Inactivity is where it ends up turning to pneumonia.

Funny , I just had a pneumonia shot about 45 days ago . i am going to go for a walk after it warms up , gotta move , been laying around for a couple of weeks w/ the rain , cold , and now this crap , think I`m a little better .
