Joel - I can't quite see for sure in your pictures. Did this Swinger Special come with Swinger badges that had just the dot instead of a flower over the "i"???

Christmas gift, except I have to pay for it! Yesterday, 12/22/20.

On New Years Day, Joe & Frank from CZ’s upholstery, shows up to install new headliner @ Central Connecticut Autobody in New Britain, CT., where my car has been undergoing total restoration! Dropped car off in March 2020 and moving along!

Very nice. Do you think it will be ready for the Spring? Do you plan on taking it to cruises/shows here in CT?

Drivetrain has not been touched yet. Planned on getting my 70 EV2 running first as off the road 30 years & engine getting assembled now. My first show might be MCACN in Chicago in November

Cleaning up the 8 3/4 rear today. Looking for markings. Only these white ones but no numbers. The red by the oil fill plug.

Just received my restored heater box for my 1972 Dart Canadian Special 340.
I had the original heater core restored by Glen-Ray Radiator & the blower motor by Bill Meerholz. I had Neil from Dynamic Restorations assemble plus replace the brackets. Hope to get 71 box ready to send off soon!

Nice! Best of the best doing the resto work there.

Hey Joel. I don’t think you’re on Instagram, but I posted your 2 340 Specials on the swinger340specials page - lots of love, well over 120 likes and a number of comments. One comment was from Dave Rea (x of Graveyard Carz fame)... simply said ‘Sweet!’
Fun little FYI

This car is originally Hemi Orange, EV2, with a black interior. As you can see the previous owners changed the body color. Parts have been added from several cars. I have a complete parts car for date coded glass, dash cluster with wiring and some parts that I don’t know what I will need! This car has a non-matching drivetrain. I will know more when it is removed. I am looking for original engine & transmission, assuming to to be in Alberta Canada!

My 70 Dart is ev2 what a beautiful color ....

Made a road trip to Pennsylvania on Sunday and traded my mint early 71 fenders for late model year Demon fenders. At body shop getting undercoating removed and getting Swinger Special emblem holes added.
What is the difference between early and late model '71 fenders?

I thought the OP as asking about mounting bolt holes originally. I knew about the marker lights between 71 and 72, but it sounds like there are subtle differences between early and late 71's.
