Added an inertia switch, good common grounds and now wiring up a relay. Wirewheeled the area behind the trunk hinge bolt.

I'm still here. Was away from the laptop all day. Bought a transit card at the convivence store, and checked out the subway system. They have a very good system here, like 20 different lines. Had to change lines at one station, but made it ok for the first time. Went down to Iteawon , which is a party area. But too early. Doesn't get going until dark. Did find a smoke lounge, to get out of the cold, and have a cigar and a beer. Was HAPPY !!!!

Just a lot of bad news stuff in general that added up. One after the other. In everything from work to the house we’re trying to build to the Guard screwing me over. You name it, it went wrong yesterday
I think life goes in cycles. When I have a day like that I just ignore what I can and wait for it to change
Wow it is going to ILL. I wish it had frequent flier miles on it!

so here’s the long version. Wife and I have mid 700 credit scores and about 30 percent down to build our home. We spent all of 2020 trying to get approved to get a construction loan. Cant do it. I’ve called I don’t know how many banks. Always the same story. Finally spoke to an underwriter yesterday that writes fit 138 major banks , spoke with him for two hours, basically because of the uncertainty surrounding Covid, the 4-6 month build times, none of the banks he underwrites for, will issue construction loans. Unless you’re footing over 50 percent of the build and even then it’s low odds. He’s saying they intend to hold that pattern for at least 6 more months.

Good Morning Coffee Land - Evening Mitch. Hope all is well out there. 32° this AM with a light dusting overnight. Nothing much to report except I ran over to where the Demon is hibernating, pulled the passenger fender off. A bodyman friend is going to fix that big scratch on the passengers side, then spray the valance and gas cap right away. Then the body has nicks and chips but will be so much better. And the decals can go on. Demon doesn't look right without them!
Then the Guard promoted me last year, finally, but to actually get the rank and pay, you have to attend a 22 day course. Either online or in person. They’re all online now, but still have limited slotting. Found out I was bumped from the course that was supposed to start Thursday because whoever put my reservation in, screwed up the coding for charge number. This makes the 4th time ive been bumped for reasons not of my own making. Oh and all the courses all full dating thru 2022...
