Welcome Noah! Yes, AMC lifters and hollow pushrods would be in order for Magnum heads. Another thing is the Magnum engines had roller cams, and your '70 block (assuming it's original) does not have the taller lifter boss for roller lifters nor the bosses for the spider. You could do retrofit lifters, but that's not exactly using junkyard parts. IMO, I would buy a new cam or use the one I had before using an unknown junkyard camshaft, or buy the whole Magnum engine and swap it (if you can).
