Correct paint for dash?

Yeah I can tell the finish is different but the color is too. It's way darker.....and it;s not faded. I'm just going to sand it down and hit it with flat red.

On my 63 dart the dash is a medium Auqa but just behind the windshield is a much darker aqua covering the entire area behind the ridge. It includes the speaker grille and around the vents. As stated it doesn't look as shiny (mind you not much on my car is currently...lol). I would also guess it is to reduce reflection and glare
