I'm in the group that says, "if its not raining; then dress warm cuz the top is gonna be down".
On a similar note....
I won't drive my convertible when it is in any way wet outside.
Do you?

And before anyone comments...
It was foggy at 11 pm when my shift ended last night so that is why the top is up right now

Well it’s 46 degrees here this morning I met up with member @Topless69 for some coffee and apparently he likes the top down too. Nice hood by the way. I think his daughter made him put the top up on the way out.

What's annoying is seeing people driving convertibles with the top down and the windows up... :mob:

If you can't stand the wind, put the top up... :realcrazy:

Do you ever drive with your top up?

No, but I've been known to drive with my bottoms down... (no pants...)

That hood looks good body color.
I was thinking of having mine wrapped in carbon fiber and the rest of my car to match my 2019 charger. But now I might do it all that color after seeing yours.

My motto is "Top down year round"

Northern Colorado.

Driven every month out of the year!

I prefer windows down! But don't care if they are up.

Now that I have a working top I can venture out farther then in the past. Drove home from a couple car shows in the rain before top was fixed.

My vert only goes out in fair weather so the top stays down all spring and summer.in October it goes up and it goes out that way

It was a bit cold this morning for top down driving, so we put it down when we parked.
I never drive it in wet weather unless I get caught in it. The saying here is: ‘If you don’t like the weather in Texas, wait 15 minutes it’ll change.
Had a great time with FABO member loganscuda this morning hanging out and talking cars.
He’s got a newer gen Hemi and I’m still running old iron.

I like to have the top down at nite in the summer time. Have A/C in mine so top is up when it’s hot out.

Such a cool color on your Valiant - what’s the name?
Light metalic mauve and yes,it's all original. It's a survivor with 59000 miles on the clock.I'm the 2nd owner. Bought it from the estate of the orig ownerwho bought it new when she was in her 50's

What is your review?
I put classic air system in a satellite some years ago and wasn't too impressed with the performance.
Been on there for 13 years now. Need to replace some O rings, getting some leaks. When I run it I get 39-40 deg air out of the vents. I did insulate the floor of the interior.

Nervous about the reviews on classic air.....Have yet to run the car.

Nice verts! I found that when I had one, the top kind of shrunk a bit when i stored it with top down.

The only 'vert I had was a B body Road Runner, the only time the top was up was when it was raining outside & when it was stored in the garage.

Yes, very common for me to drive with the top up. Around here in the summer it is TOO HOT during the day to have the top down and the sun beating down on you. In the winter it is too cold. We've had a modern convertible (four different ones) from 2004 until this past September. Top goes down when it's nice out...I have driven every convertible we have owned in rain.

I drive mine top up or down , depending on the weather . Truth be told I don’t like being in the sun , so the top is down generally on those nice summer nights .
