Those are probably the legal house in the small counties where it is legal....Clark County and Washoe County aka Vegas and Reno it is not..

I have traveled US 95 between Vegas and Reno many...many times and there are several ***** house that have closed ...mostly due to the madame dying and not being able to get a new license...Maybe one day I will stop and take pictures of the old places....
