Not to be an asshole but, 1 time should of been it. If you would of taken action the first time you could of saved yourself some heartache and, in the end money. 3 times in the same neighborhood, this is probably going to cost you. If after the 1st time you would have taken action then, its an unfortunate accident and probably no big deal but, 3 times is a trend.
