Is it for a Mopar? Looks like Ford spacing. What is the spacing between the stud holes?

I got this 4/5 years ago, complete w/filter, was told it is a baldwin filter modified to fit and sorry could not find a part # on it
Test fit it on my 340-6, dropped right on, but no studs in place at the time, measured the lid and CL to CL is 10 3/16" for studs
