I have read that stock magnum heads will flow around 220 cfm
I can’t find a chart for the heads flowing 220 @ .550 lift
Ideas??
I’m hoping that this will work and 450 hp
With this is not out of the ballpark

Stock heads and stock bottom end? I don't think the stock heads will support 450. I've heard they will support 400 or a touch over that, but I think 450 is a stretch.

Getting to that power level can be done but not in a way you would want to drive it around. The MP 360/380 used stock heads and a 230@050 cam. The engine routinely Dynoed north of 400hp. To get another 50hp, would require a large cam. Not the tiny pip squeak HP cam it came with. That will push the operating rpm of the engine way way up. Also the stock bottom end is only a 9.0-1 ratio with Hyperutecic pistons.

If it were I looking to make that power with stock heads and bottom end, it would be super charged/turbo on it.

Compression is your friend.
LOL! Yea, well I’d do a zero deck engine with at least the Magnum Edelbrock heads and a Hyd roller cam in the high 230’s to low 240@050., 750 carb, 1-3/4 headers.

But if you’d caught for money... I just spent a lot and it’s not do-able.

I think surely it can be and has been done. It ain't gonna be a mild grocery getter, but yeah, you can do it. You'll need enough money in the heads to support buying some new speedmasters, but yeah, you can do it.

Can you make 450hp with heads that flow 220?
Sure....... in a competition style build, with very few restrictions.

It’s not going to happen with a stock Magnum 5.9 and a cam/headers/intake type deal.
