I sold some stuff to a member here, that's Canadian. PayPal has a $5 transfer fee to me. I don't know if this is a Trade thing, or a PayPal thing.

It is a currency exchange. It is expected. It may suck but it is what it is.
Paypal has never charged me a transfer fee.

Wait till the part gets to customs and pay an additional 13% on the part being shipped. Guess we pay for our healthcare somehow.
