The vehicle VIN tag is the same as 65 64 to 66 A-body cars.
EE stands for Dark blue metallic body and inside upper body panels. ( above door panel)
H4B stands for interior class high, 4 is buckets seats I think or bench seat and B is blue interior.
The car was originally a dark blueish/turquoise. Has a dark blue interior as well.
My car has the bench seats not buckets but they are vinyl with a biscuit stitch. Plus the car has carpet not a rubber mat. So interior class high makes sense as well.
