Storage unit...hmmm how the fk do you work on anything there. Lol rules, no outlets, water, 220. That was a cheap movie set and anything that came out was a ticking time bomb.
My brother in law made 75-80K a year doin mechanic workout of a storage unit. I know people who do it. Certainly not optimal, but it gets the job done.
