Yup, pinched it on a dock leveler that didn't lock properly, caused a string of profanity, it opened up on it's own, too much pressure I guess. Hurt like a sumbitch.
Had a guy at work lift up the dock plate and somehow he got his finger caught in the dock extension. Took the end off his finger before he knew what had happened.
