I have 69 bumpers on one of my 68 dart. I can't see a difference.

I beliveve the answer you’re looking for is 1950-52 Studebaker Champion and 1951-52 Studebaker Commander. Although, not muscle cars...

ok. That answer led me to a cheap economical American Musclecar from a company with least amount or resources and volume:

69 AMC Hurst Rambler Scrambler

64-69 AMC Rambler same bumpers front and rear.
