What goodies do I need to build a Fast slant 6

Wangaratta; elevation 1070 ft;
forget about 300rwhp from a NA slanty.
That's like 350 crank HP! It's hard enough to get that out of a streetable 318
Seriously; you need a 340/360, to bring the rpm down into street territory, and still be fun to drive in town, you know; in "Drive".
