happened to me once, i was working at a place in shipping/receiving
we had 16 docks

i was standing in between dock 11 and 12 chatting with someone as one of my hi-lo drivers was unloading the truck parked at dock 12
well, the guy i was chatting with had to leave, so i moved over one spot, and stopped in between dock 12 and 13

i guess my hi lo driver didnt pay attention and used me as a reference point instead of looking at the dock he was unloading and he pulled right into the truck at dock 13...which was just pulling out

the dock plate was allready off and as soon as he got in, the trailer took off

scared the snot out of him, but it he'd been 20 seconds later, hed ended up on the floor outside
Yikes!! We had a forklift fall out of the trailer. We were taking the forklift to another building and the dumbass didn't choc the wheels or strap it. Cracked the counterbalance was all the damaged done. Sure made a bug thud though.

Oh that one silly me LOL
Maybe this one lol

Well I fired up the steam engine now I just have to figure out how to transfer to the computer. May have to ask the grandkids lol

Sure wish you could post the steam engine on here that was cool.
Maybe if I can get BP's email address I can send it to him and he could do it for me. It is a neat little toy.
My old neighbour worked on the railroads back when they had steam engines and it was his little toy. He was 14 and would walk around the yard and made sure the fires were stoked and said " if you let a fire go out you were in big trouble.
After we moved away he died about a year later and we visited his wife and she asked if I would like a memory of her husband and I asked if I could have his steam engine. The rest is history

Wild weather day today, was 47F at 6 am when I got up, and a good bit windy, 40 mph gusts.
Took this picture around 8:40 am.

This one about 5 minutes later.

First one is looking west, second one north. About 5 minutes after the second one rain was coming in sheets, wind was hitting 75 mph here in town. Power was out in about half of the city, neighbors down the street lost the top of a 60 ft tall spruce tree.

Around 1 pm, the temperature dropped to around 37 F, and it snowed for about 15 minutes. I had to go to a town about 35 miles east this afternoon, weather station nearby recorded wind gusts of 86 mph.

Some poor people lost the roof of their house to the wind in that town.

Just got a call from a nice young gal wanting to know about my health care and told her to hang on while I put my hearing ads in. I think she has been on hold for 2 minutes now.
I hate hanging up on a sweet young gal so I lay the phone down and walk away
I be a bad boy. lol
