Whatever happened to whitepunkonitro

You're entitled to your opinion.
When i was young...i read a lot of books, went to the junkyards, spoke with old folks...listened to 'stories' took **** apart and rebuilt it...and figured it out.

Without UTG here i am, 42 yrs old on the 21st of this month and i know enough to see through this..

You would all know the same if you bought obsessed over it a little, bought the magazine, read the book, talked to the old timers at the yards...tried it and believed in yourselves.

I'm not necessarily speaking of you guys, i know you have been here a while. Im speaking for those types who are choosy of the messenger being a book..

To each his own.

So every one of the people you spoke to or "learned" from over the years was spot on correct and never gave you information you went against? Though, somehow you figured out everything on your own? probably not.

Look, I don't think anyone here is saying UT is the guy to go to for all things engine related. The problem is the seemingly endless amount of hate for this guy. As I said above, it's a source of motivation for younger/older/newer people and most of it is basic enough to get by and get started. That said, I come here for the more advanced stuff with good reason. I look to those that have gone before and eventually build on that information.
