Who is looking for a builder?
This thing was running; but these guys brought it out on a flatbed. They said they did a lien sale and had just got it finalized the day before the show and wanted to make a few bucks with a quick flip.
They said they were in it for $4k-ish and were hoping to get $6k out of it for their "efforts". (It doesn't look like they did anything to me.)
Anyways, I live close and can personally help any FABO family by making a better inspection if anyone is really interested.
The seller's name is Martin.
