Well guys by the end of the night I will be ready to start drilling spot welds on the replacement 1/4 panels. They were cut from a drag car so someone welded steel over the top spot welds where the trim goes to cover the seam. They also welded steel over the tail light holes. It looks like I should have all of that trimmed off by the time I get back in.

Sounds good CF , remember the pics .:thankyou:

That can't be an 03...where's all the rust
Yeah, surprisingly little rust, over the rear wheel wells and a bit at the front lower edge of the box. At least that is all I have seen so far. Interior is pretty clean, and the windshield isn't even cracked. (a rare thing around here). Even the tires are not very old.

I was gonna say something about winters here then I noticed your from Canada, so im guessing your no stranger to road salt either

What a cream puff
Did you mentioned the mileage?

Hey, that 1.5k you paid for it...were the real dollars or 75 centers?

.75 centers lol. Mileage is 115,000. Sounds like it's got a broken valve spring or crapped lifter, something like that.

Road salt isn't as prevalent in this area as it is in other parts of Canada, even a couple hours north of here. Not unusual to see older vehicles with little or no rust if they've spent most of their life in this area.

As far as panties go I wear boxers and don’t hide behind the bible or think I’m better than the next guy that’s where your wrong , if you knew why the pictures started in the first place you would just keep your comments to your self , don’t comment, like or agree that’s how an adult would deal with it

Here in Ontario they use salt brine before a storm comes which does the job but it's awful hard on the cars. Then the plows come out and the salt trucks. That brine must be awful hard on the environment as well.. It's very corrosive.
