Slow going. Ferd bolts are 30 apiece. So i came up with a work around. Threaded nuts to 5/8”. So by the end of the day i will have fixed the stuff i had to wreck to get box off. View attachment 1715673591View attachment 1715673593
Typical box bolts on a Ford always the same Torx bit gets ruined and end up cutting the bolts off and replacing both bolts and nut plates that you have to fight the insurance co. to replace. Pain isn't it Tooljunkie I know done many.
