Yeah. I guess I am big framed. I measured my wrist and it's a tic over 8". So yeah.
Yep, I knew that you were based on photos you have posted of yourself. Like I said, 200 lbs will get you to about 15% body fat. My goal is somewhere around 12-15%. I am currently at about 27%. I was just over 50% when I first started this journey.
