Does the front or rear axle from an 65 A100 have any value to anybody? The rear is, by the tag, a 3.91:1 8 3/4, but I don't know if it's sure grip or not.

The front hub and drums might have some value to someone needing to repair their brakes. They make both a 10" and 11" version. The rear end has some value.....more if it's a sure grip. Block the front wheels, jack up the rear, put the transmission in neutral, and rotate a tire. The opposite side tire should turn in the same direction if it a sure grip. It will turn in the opposite direction or not at all if it isn't a S.G. The body tag on the drivers' side door sill will tell you what came in the van originally. The gear ratio will be there and it will say S.G. if it was a sure grip. The axle shafts are the same as some C and E-bodies. The housing might be a good candidate to narrow for an A-body.

The rear is modifiable to A body width.

Don't know if the front would work for a gasser A body?

Do you have an automatic shifter in the dash of it for sale, by chance? ( I hope I don't get in trouble for asking)
