Yeah it’s all fun and games until you hydroplane and take out a pole. Or someone hits you, the CHP cites you for the illegal tires and the whole thing goes on your tab because of the citation. Yeah, it can work like that, doesn’t even have to be your fault.
My tires hook great, I can still drive every day (even if it rains!) and not worry about a damn thing. Stops on a dime, my brakes won’t even fit into a 15” rim. Oh and it’ll turn corners too. 15’s just neuter your performance for an outdated “look”.
