That one doesnt bother me. ..Depending on context. I just see it as redneck phonetics. I would write it as a properly spelled contraction-'merica (I have already) Not necessarily disrespectful. I mean really 'America' is already short for United States of America. So shortening to the way many pronounce it is not offensive to me.
