I acquired my 68 GTS from a gentleman here in Massachusetts, he purchased the car from a Bob Rynes of Indiana, this car was in a Hot Rod Mag article 1968 Big Block Dodge Dart - Rare Find - Mopar Muscle Magazine

I'll do final block & sanding in the spring, then shoot the color, I already jammed everything so it should go pretty quick

cool looking car, is that LL1 PAINT code? if so you have my twin..

that's awesome color, i have not seen another one like mine ,color wise ,have only seen a 68 charger the same color, in the last 21 years, rare color i think.

Yes LL1 and Winchester Grey are both great colors yet rare.
I had a 65 Coronet 500 that was a darker Turquoise.

They do! But to me, it's like putting '69 front fenders on a '68 body. I get it, does anyone reproduce '68 dog dish caps ? It's odd, you can get a '68 grille, but not '69. Hubcaps?

i think the only difference is 1968 are black paint and 69 are red paint , mine are black on my 68.

I am 99% sure that the design is different, yes, they were black. I think that the '67 and '68's were the same. I want to be corrected if I am wrong.

just was thinking about this more , besides the color difference
i think 69 has ridges around where the cap meets the rim, ? your right about the design difference.
