I would think you might just be better off staying with the two barrel manifold till you're ready to go to the four barrel and then convert all at once. I don't think there's much to gain. It just seems like a better match with the two barrel manifold and the two barrel carburetor, four barrel manifold four barrel carburetor. My two cents
