I am looking at installing a a new set of pistons in my LA 360, it currently has floating pins. My bore is 4.04. There are currently kb107's installed and I am planning on replacing them with these ICON 742's but I saw a note that says "Centered pin. LA rod must be narrowed to 1.000". Does this apply to the stock rod?

I am installing on a stock rod with a stock 3.58 stroke.

Stock "LA" rod or stock "Magnum" rod? , the KB107's could be used with any small end width mopar style con rod, BUT the IC742's are intended for use with the "Magnum" style con rod (regarding the pin end) width or an aftermarket version of a rod with the narrower small end width ! OR the LA small end of the rod needs to be narrowed to fit.

Stock LA rods right now, so if the 107's fit the 742's should fit?

NO! Not without a "modified" LA rod ,or use a "Magnum" style rod, which has a narrower small end.

Just get a set of Magnum rods. They're plenty cheap enough.

I just installed a set of the IC742 pistons in my LA 360. The previous posts are basically correct, however, late 360 LA engines may already have Magnum connecting rods.
Mine is a 1992 model year LA and has the same casting number connecting rods as the Magnums I compared them with, and all had the same narrower pin end. So I did not need to narrow mine.

What model year is your 360?
