Project "Pig Pen" 1967 Dart Gt

I feel like every car with a little bit of rust has to be hiding all kinds of gremlins underneath. This post only feeds my anal retentiveness. It makes me want to have the entire car disassembles down to the every last spot weld. This post gives me anxiety!!!

This is why I only buy and honest car. It shows you exactly what is wrong with it and you know what you're getting into.

In 2016 or so I bought a 69 Dart from a member here. I drove from Wisconsin to West Virginia to pick it up. Looked decent online but the seller said "I've never had it on a hoist so I don't know if there are any issues". Left frame rail had a hole in it the size of my arm that you could see from the side of the car. I ended up buying the car like an idiot. After inspection I ended up scraping plans to fix it and sold it. I sold it honestly with all known issues and actually made some money on it. My entire point is that why buy a 6-15k car and have a 2k car under some fluff and buff? I bought a car for a good price and invested my money and time into building something that I know what it is when it's done. Not everyone has that ability but I am lucky to have been a body man and painter since I was 18.
