looking for wiper switch info

I dont believe any of the 2 speed wiper switches have a washer function. It feels that way with the internal spring that's there for the contacts inside the switch, but they are not equipped that way. With Chrysler though as you are probably aware, anything is possible (insert eyeroll here). You can do what I am going to do on my sons car. Get a washer reservoir with an electric pump. Pin the pump wire at the firewall connection used for an electric pump as per your wiring schematic. The second pump wire is grounded with a ring terminal to the washer reservoir mount screw. Pico wiring sells the packard 56 connectors and I believe it's either a 14 or 16 gage brown wire. Then run it down to where the foot pump goes to a momentary contact switch then up into the fuse box. Then you have an electric pump that uses the foot pedal to operate.

Heres pix. I am using a momentary contact switch you would use for a race car or run stand. The foot pump bracket was modified to house the switch. Remove the cup, open up the mount bracket, flip the cup over and tack weld it from the underside. I didnt even have to open the hole bigger for the switch. The switch I got off evilbay for about $5. In the last 2 pix, you can see the switch height is the same height as the foot pump, and theres enough clearance for wiring under it without ground short issues to the car body. Bracket will eventually be painted black. It's primered in leftover out of date aircraft epoxy primer.

Hope this helps
Matt
