i think in the case it’s more about combining like manufacturing and job. Efficiency in scale.
IMHO, if Edelbrock was in Texas IOP would have moved them.... or vice versa.
guess what, MSD WAS in Texas and they are now in TN under the Comp umbrella from when another previous private investor firm merged/bought them with COMP.
