Project Crusty Biscuit (65 Plymouth Valiant)

Finally have some updates on the no-longer Crusty Biscuit. I had a lot of cleaning to do on the suspension parts. I used a strong degreaser in a pump sprayer and a pressure washer to try to clean off the 1/8” thick oil/mud shell coating the K-member and lower control arms. That worked for the most part but I still had to use a scraper and flat head screwdriver to get the tight spaces.

Clean!

The lower control arms were a bit tougher so I soaked them in a bucket full of diluted muriatic acid and degreaser. Worked a charm!
