Pretty sure those are Hoosier Quick Time. Similar tire to the quick time pro, but with a street style tread. Street/strip bias tire, with a factory white paint stencil.
Hoosier also makes a drag radial that has white letters (i thought raised white letters, but probably just a paint stencil), but they are almost a full-on race tire.

Yes treaded slicks , and bias ply . I treated the inside of them w/ dawn dish soap/straight , and now running them w/o tubes , so far their holding air .
THey bite pretty good. Haven`t been on the dragstrip yet tho, 295 60 d15 29'' tall , they make a 325 60 d15 that is only 27.8 , I think.
Both are advertised to work on a 8 to 10'' rim , mine are 8 1/2'' rims now, had them on 15 x 8'' prostars w/ 4 1/2'' back spacing , but had to make some wheel spacers to clear.
