I have a brand new Edelbrock aluminum head for a small block LA (60779), also comes with a brand new set of valves, seals, shims and locks for the same Edelbrock head. None of these were ever run on an engine. I ruined one head by trying to hog out the push rod holes, bad idea. Instead of just buying another Edelbrock head I went back to square one and didn’t use the remaining good head. From the head I ruined, I removed the valves, valve locks, shims and seal and bagged them as individual groups. When I received these heads I had a reputable machine shop disassemble them and clean them, they still had some casting material in them. Included is a new set of ARP cylinder head bolts, again, never used. You can purchase a bare Edelbrock head, minus the valves, for around $500 then install these brand new valve sets. The ARP bolts are about $80, new complete 60779 head is $770. A bare head is $600 (all Summit Racing prices). Asking $400 for the head, bolt kit and complete valve set, all are brand new-NEVER BEEN RUN ON AND ENGINE, NEVER EVEN INSTALLED. You pay shipping, to the furthest point in the continental USA is $115 via USPS Priority Mail. Might be less if you live considerably closer but that’s up to the Post Office. These are coming from Kenai, Alaska 99611

No one has actually responded to me asking for my PayPal address. I’ll give everyone else a few more hours to respond again, if they don’t it’s yours.

Pass shipping 137.00 plus 15 insurance way to much for me thanks
.

Did you not read my original post? I said $115 to the furstest location, that I could find. Yours was $137, is the extra $22 what killed it for you? Insurance is optional. If you think $400 for a $770 head plus all the valve train for a second head and $80 ARP bolts, all brand new, is too much then please don’t waste my time by responding in the first place and asking for a shipping quote.

Hello, after reading, l do not want to waste your time. I made a mistake, I needed the 60179 heads for the early high compression 340. This is a great deal for anyone looking to save big money. Good, luck on your sale.
