Dual plane to single plane track test in the works

I was running the Excellerator on my 408 and with only a 3000 stall went back to a DP. LD 340 with the divider ground out for a TQ carb. (Done this a long ago when i was running TQ on my 340). It help a little on the 60 foot and et.
Installed a 4200 converter and now want to go back and give the Excellerator a second chance.

For me i don't know if it will help. Because it go's to sleep after 5800 rpm. I run it out to 6600 rpm on a 1/4 mile track but it just rpm and no power past the 1000 foot mark.

So if i can get my life back on track, i will be doing a similar test this summer.
