Good Morning everyone. Short day at work today, then off to first PT appointment. We will see how that goes. Got somewhere around 6-8? of snow last night and lots of wind/drifting. Did some shoveling and shoulder is still killing me during those movements. Half way through the pills and don't really see a difference.
Them pills never seem to last very long if at all for me. The only anti-inflammatory that ever worked long term for me was the cortisone injection. Time to throttle back and let them PT folks do their voodoo. I’ll be praying for ya brother.
