I am switching to BBP on the rear of my 68 Dart. I have small BBP drums on a 8.75" rear end from a 72 Duster on it. I have 10 x 2.5 BBP backing plates with struts, levers, and other hardware. What I need are drums, shoes, and cylinders. What year parts do I order if I get them from Advance, Autozone, or Summit? Thanks FABO.

I think 70 Challenger rear brake have 10x2.5 inch rear brakes. Maybe someone who knows better than me can chime in.

It depends entirely on what you're doing for 5x4.5 axles... redrilled stockers, A body replacement (4.5 with A body brake offset), or A body 4.5 conversion axles. More info needed.

Look at the link I posted above he has the fully loaded drums ready to go... Pricey but they are new!

I am going to get axles off Dr. Diff. I am hoping another member who made this change can advise me on what drums and shoes to order.
B, E, or F/M/J body with 10x2.5 drums- I would order '69 and up parts- better self-adjuster hardware.
If you know what year/model you got your backing plates off of, order those.

Keep in mind that the switch to BBP using any diameter of the BBP drums (width does not matter as the backing plate needs to match the drum width) and 73-up BBP spindles/rotors will widen your track. So wheel offset will need to be measured for fitment.
