Thanks. My issue was/is that the virus induced conjunctivitis propagated in the sclera and out over part of the cornea. This warped and rippled the cornea along the edge part out into the middle which is why it’s like looking through an ice cube. Docs don’t know it it will ever fully heal, but it does seems to be getting better very slowly. Fingers crossed.

The eye strain headaches are because the left eye is trying madly to focus through the various parts of the distortion as I look around. I had to wear an eye patch most of the Summer just to get it to settle down and stop the rapid focusing attempts making me dizzy and giving me headaches...
