I wish I could remember the name of an Unlimited Hydroplane I saw the last time I saw them in Mission Bay. The sucker was powered by 8 of Merc's biggest power heads, 2 strokes. Sounded like a swarm of really pissed off bees. It was sponsored by a trucking outfit out of LA. The class rules were pretty open back then, rather than being a conventional hydro, it was a tunnel hull. It wasn't the fastest boat on the water that day, but it was interesting to watch. Oh Boy O'berto and it's Rolls Griffon had everybody covered that day, turbines included.

Congrats Chris on your new Mopar. Your wife must be happy about the deal too.
Pretty chilly for us here, high will be 56, supposed to meet a young friend for lunch at a place where you sit outside. He is a mentor to me in way, has his **** together, I've seen him go from a goofy kid to taking over the wine program at work and do it even better than our sommelier who was in his forties.
It was good spending time with my Mom last week. They deliver dinner to her door, like room service, and the food is great, all of it!
The Grand Marquis got 24 mpg, not that I really care but I was curious. Record time driving home, 7 hrs 20 min. The last hour or so you are on a beautiful 4-lane through marshes, that is easy to come home to.
Been driving the Fury a couple times a week.
Some guys I work with get massages at this place Angel Spa because they like Asian ladies. They kid around about getting a happy ending, also it's 70 bucks which is really cheap, so for a long time I assumed it was a sketchy deal I wouldn't be interested in. Then the bartender told me there's a guy there named Alex so I checked the place out online and it is a nice place. The Asian way of massaging seems a lot more intense as far as working out the kinks in my neck and shoulders. Walking out of there it feels like my whole center of gravity is where it should be. And just feel great in general. Glad I found a place cheap enough I can justify the expense. Going there today!

I could have stayed snoozing instead of watching the Snoozer Bowl....

Now you can understand how I've felt my whole life about looking at football.

Well time to hit the frozen tundra that is the junkyard. See ya all later

Good luck at junk yard. No outside work up here today. At twenty something below zero without windchill it is no fun. We are trying to thaw out our rail tug now to move some rail cars. Wish I had married rich. And condolences to all Chiefs fans. The old man put on a clinic.

Ya, pretty dissapointing for a lot of us here in the midwest. The Chief's just were out played.

I don’t watch football but my wife likes it so she had it on. I read a book during the game and only requested she Mute the 1/2 time show, and a couple of snowflake nonsense stuff blurbs. For most part it seemed like you said, they got out played.
