How would I strip the paint on mopar performance valve. I did use paint stripper and didn't do anything to the paint.

They are powder coated. If you must paint over them, or redo the powder coating in your color of choice. I think they're Bitchin' the way they are.

If those are the valve covers that you posted a picture of, I would leave them as is.
They look awesome!

It's so tough I chemically strip them instead of spending hours at the blast cabinet.

You won't like what's under it, especially if you intend to try to polish them like the pic you posted. The top six shots are close ups of just a few of the dozens of nearly identical defects found on every set of black wrinkle covers, some worse than others. The Made In California versions are the worst.

I recommend to customers that they buy a polished set (around $200) and save the expense of hours of stripping and bodywork on my part.

The chem strip I use is $300 for five gallons; it normally strips aluminum bare in under 30 minutes but takes 1-3 hours on MP covers and air cleaners. The wrinkle paint laughs out loud at aircraft stripper. I'll be using it tomorrow on most of this rather than all week at the blast cabinet.

Now, here's a real pro that won't steer you wrong.
You saved a lot of us some time and headaches here.
Thanks, Leanna!
