Hes the one that told me lol. To check if there's any flaking on the roller camshaft and if there is, i woud need a new core. Thats why i still have the OEM Camshaft behind my guitar amp lol.
WTH??? He didn’t offer to weld the lobe?? That’s strange, especially since cores are so hard to get right now.
Also, if you are flaking the core, your spring loads are too low. The roller is hammering the lobe to death. A steel core will track where a cast iron core flakes.
