I don’t recognize the buckets but they look like late 60’s Mopar to me.
Some time back I plugged the numbers on my fender tag into the 67 to 68 Mopar Fender Tag Decoder on MyMopar Mopar Codes - MyMopar.com - Mopar Part Numbers . Unfortunately, the links to the decoder and many other tools on the page are not working today, maybe someone who’s a member over there can find out what’s going on. Even though the instructions say to use extra spaces to align the codes it doesn’t work when they are lined up visually. In fact, it limits the number of characters you can type in the field but it seems to work when you count the spaces using the space bar, must be a function of graphics properties. The decoder seems to work quite well except for the “unknowns”, I guess it has a few gaps in it’s database.

So, according to this decoder I guess we can add a little more detail for the possible original state of your car. Obviously, the interior could have been changed and the unknown seats are good evidence of that.
Here’s my tag and a snapshot of the report the decoder gave me, from everything I know about my car I believe the decoder is correct, except the “unknowns” which I can find no further info on.

Your post actually caught my eye because it looks like our two cars were very likely built within a couple of days of each other but as Alaskan_TA says there’s a lot of factors affecting the actual build date so probably within a week of each other for sure!
