What pair of headers would be the easiest to install in my 69 dart with a 360 in it from what I’ve heard in this forum everyone’s saying dougs or tti’s but I want to know if there’s any other sleeper picks I might’ve missed all suggestions are greatly appreciated

The two you mentioned would be the easiest and most expensive. There are more but the less expensive they get, the harder they are to install and more issues they bring to the table.

I have TTI's in my 69 Dart, manual steering, 4 gear, later k frame w/spool mounts. Fit like a glove, no dinging or shimming needed.

Doug's or tti are it. No sleepers out there. Maybe at one time the schumacher shorties but can't get anything from them right now.

Besides the obvious price difference is there any other difference as far as the installs go between dougs and tti?

I found a set of NOS CPPA headers for my 69 Dart 360. Have been real good. Still have the Percy’s header gaskets I put on then over 12 years ago. One draw back is I had to use a full size starter as the mini starter hit the headers. Don’t know what your chances might be to find a set of them now days.

The Hedman Husler race headers on my Dart are the easiest headers I've ever installed. One tube on each side goes through the fenderwell and under the frame and that turns a lot of people off.

I've always had cheap Summit headers and they work fine... When I upgrade I upgrade to the cheap Summit ceramic coated headers and love those as well...
I've never scrape the ground and I've never had a problem putting them in...
I do put them in during engine install though so I've never tried putting them in with the engine already in except for once about 20 years ago and it was not that fun... it was not that fun enough to remember to do it when I'm putting the engine in...
