Marine grade epoxy, or maybe baking soda and superglue...followed by a block sealer. could not hurt. Not the exhaust port so not critical heat there. View attachment 1715688920
Wait...the hole is in the intake port and not the exhaust? If the above picture is correct, any good port work will break through there IF that hole is breaking through to the head bolt boss on the short bolt.
To fix that, you make up a spacer and JB weld it in place, and use a long head bolt in that hole. The spacer needs to be the same OD as the spot face or slightly smaller, and thick enough to run the long bolt.
If that’s not the hole you are talking about and the hole is in the exhaust port, then my above comments apply.
