If you have a problem with a jegs product you have to get a return label sent to you and then it has to get to them and they have to process it and then you get your refund...
If you have a problem with a summit product you call them and before you get off the phone you already have an email that your replacement is on its way and you have 30 days to return the old one...
If you're on my side of the country they have warehouses over here and you don't have to wait for it to come from Ohio in most cases...
I could go on but I'm convinced to work with Summit there customer service is second to none...
